Avu Cachaa Tapinho :This expression from Avu Cachaa has been aged a barrel made from Tapinho, a rare type of wood that you could find in South America (y’know if you were lucky – it’s rare, like we said). The Cachaa aged for up to two years before being bottled, resulting in a creamy texture and a wealth of honeyed notes.
