Crafted in honor of Hine’s founder, Hine Homage Fine Champagne Cognac is a blend of three vintage Early Landed Grande Champagne cognacs, together with a Hine Cognac matured in Jarnac, France. Much like Thomas Hine himself, Hine Homage is a blend of French tradition and English innovation.

Nose: Intensely floral aroma, with notes of citrus and orange peel.

Palate: Abundant citrus flavors with notes of oak and mushrooms.

Finish: Crisp and clean, but ends with a touch of spice.

Distillery Information

Hine Cognac is located in the heart of the Grande Champagne cru, right along the banks of the river Charente. The Hine story dates back to 1550 when the Hine family lived in Beaminster, Dorset, on the south coast of England.The family’s great Cognac journey was to begin in the 18th century: Thomas Hine, a linen merchant, and quite a Cognac connoisseur decided to send his son Thomas to France to learn French and the art of Cognac-making.
