This Aval Dor Cornish Gin from Cornwall’s Colwith Farm Distillery is made using a potato based vodka which is then infused with nine other botanicals including Cornish rosemary and lemon balm. It follows the same farm-to-bottle process as the distillery’s other spirit bottlings, which includes their award winning vodka of the same name.
