The Oxenham Craft Distillery from Mauritius created this XO rum using its white rum as a base spirit which was diluted down before it was aged for a minimum of 6 years in seasoned Oloroso sherry and Pedro Ximenez casks before it was blended and bottled at 42% ABV. Bougainville XO comes in a stylish decanter and gift box.
