This three year old rum is distilled at San Carlos Distillery in Panama. Made from sugar cane molasses, it is aged in ex-bourbon barrels, before being filtered to remove the colour but certainly none of the flavour! Pleasantly tropical, we reckon this will work wonders in a Daiquiri!

Panama Pacific 3 Year Old Rum | 1L Tasting Note

Nose: Subtle tropical aromas of gardenia and jasmine balanced with a vegetal tang of fresh green sugarcane.

Palate: Flavors of banana pudding with vanilla wafer cookies, jungle-fresh papaya, and shortbread are balanced by a gentle acidity.

Finish: The dry finish carries notes of white pepper, cinnamon, and pistachio.
