To this, Peruvian quinine is added, as well as sweet orange peels from Spain, bitter Haitian orange peel and various fruit liqueurs. A stunning aperitif with notes of lush fruits, wildflowers, and red berries.
Nose: An autolytic, Champagne-like nose with all kinds of grape character. Tangy and herbal.
Palate: Rose petals and tannic wine, freshly cut grass, blossom and jasmine too. Dry and intense with a surge of tangy citrus.
