Drier than the Centenario 7, the 9 is a blend of rums aged for up to 9 years in white American oak casks. This rum has a citrus quality that combines elements of lemon zest, green bananas, lemon oil, and Bing cherries, with caramel, baled hay, maraschino liqueur, and kirschwasser. Enjoy neat, with spring water, or ice. This rum is an excellent choice for a traditional daiquiri: rum, lime juice, and simple syrup (2:1:1).

Nose: Aroma is pleasant.

The Centenario distillery is located at 1200 meters altitude in a barren mountain landscape of volcanic soil. This fertile landscape gives Ron Centenario its unique flavor. The Ron Centenario has been produced here for over 50 years.
