This one initially aged in American oak, before being moved over to an Amarone red wine cask for a finishing period, helping to impart a bundle of brill berry notes. 276 bottles were produced.

Nose: Enjoyably smoky with charred oak and baked earth, punctuated by hints of raspberry jam.

Palate: Brown sugar and Jammie Dodgers, juxtaposed by roasted peat spiciness.

Finish: Cinnamon, ginger, blackcurrant and apple juice.
