Instead of purchasing empty ex-Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks to mature their wonderful whiskies in, they decided to buy a few full ones! The sherry was blended with some of the distillery’s single malt and left to rest further in the cask before bottling. The result is a superb sipper with rich, dessert wine characteristics.

The Norfolk PX Spirit | 500ML Tasting Note

Nose: Rich malted barley and vanilla waft through hefty sherried prunes and raisins, with plenty of rounded, sweet oak.

Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste.

Finish: Finish is lingering.
