This splendid agave spirit from Sin Gusano in southern Oaxaca is produced from Tobala agave grown in the region of San Luis Amatln. It’s the second batch from Master mezcalero Nicholas Garcia Gutierrez, who grows this increasingly rare variety at his agave nursery. With a shortage of the Tobala predicted in the near future, this is a great chance to experience its gloriously fresh, vegetal character.

Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
