The third small-batch release from Wolfburn, Batch No. 375 has been matured in a combination of oloroso sherry hogsheads and 100-litre ex-bourbon casks, creating an aromatic whisky with a complex character. Aromas of heather honey, apple blossom and sherry fill the nose, and the palate initially offers notes of creamy vanilla and spicy oak. Autumn berries and maple syrup develop slowly, alongside sweet honey, sharp gooseberries and dried apple.
