Well, I hope you like ghost stories, because you’re in one!!! Ahem… Anyway, there are a lot of ghost stories surrounding the brewery, and this is a bit of a modern twist on that. Mobile phones and emojis and all that.Batch 1 is a release of 406 bottles.That Boutique-y Whisky Company bottles single malts, single grains and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blended malts and blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.

Nose: Cooked apple and overripe pear, drizzled with runny caramel. A hint of old oak furniture sits in the background.

Palate: Enjoyably chocolatey, with a smidge of bittersweet coffee in there too. Rounded malt, more orchard fruit, and a kick of cinnamon.

Finish: Lasting molasses and honey richness.
