Nose: Soft peat smoke, roasted malt, salted pretzels, honeyed nuts.

Palate: Oily, smoky barley balances zesty notes of orange and lemon peel with earthen vanilla softening spicy oak.

Finish: Peppery warmth, melted caramel with underlying smoked herbs, and lingering sweet peat.
