Pineapple and rum, a match made in Tiki heaven. Created by the folks behind The Bitter Truth bitters range, Tiki Lovers Pineapple Rum takes its inspiration from way back when Caribbean distillers would macerate pineapples in sugar cane spirit, imparting a fruity dimension to their rum. This expression uses pineapples from South America, which are then pressed and infused into the rum. Speaking of which, the rum is a blend of aged & unaged Jamaican pot still rum from Hampden Estate and Worthy Park, alongside three year old Barbados rum from Foursquare aged in bourbon barrels, and finally some young column still rums from both Trinidad and Guyana. That’s quite a blend!

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.

Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.

Finish: Rich and smooth.
