M Gin is distilled in micro batches with a refined blend of botanicals. You’ll find a less “piney” flavor in this Old Tom style spirit.

Twin Spirits M Gin Tasting Notes

Nose: The sweetness and slight custard like aroma suggests key lime meringue pie and other confectioneries.

Palate: Lemon thyme and lemon balm are present mid-palate.

Finish: Cassia and a slight hint of juniper are on a bit towards the finish and hint of pineapple color the finish.

Distillery Information

Twin Spirits Distillery was founded by Michelle Winchester as a one-woman distillery. It was the first such distillery in Minnesota since at least prohibition.
