The 2020 release of Arbikie 1794 Highland Rye whisky is a spicy, sweet grain whisky with aromas of cloves, nutmeg, Christmas cake and butterscotch on the nose. The palate offers notes of cinnamon, honey, earthy grains and dark muscovado sugar.

Arbikie has already secured a reputation as one of Scotlands most experimental distilleries, despite holding back from releasing a whisky for 14 years. Family owned by three creative fourth generation farmers, and dainty in size, Arbikie has the manoeuvrability to experiment with different barley strains and seasonal variations.
