Handcrafted by Mezcaleros Abel Nolasco, Isaias Martinez Juan, Jorge Mendez, Nuestra Soledad Mezcal San Luis del Rio is double distilled from 100% agave Espadn grown in San Luis Del Rio, roasted in pit ovens over mesquite oak, fermented in open-air wooden vats, and double distilled in copper alembic stills.
