Crafted from 10-year-old wild agave Espadn. Earth pit roasted, crushed by a mule-drawn tahona, open air fermented and double distilled in copper pot stills.

Nose: Herbaceous notes of roasted agave and mint.

Palate: Vibrant savory notes of citrus, basil, oregano and rosemary.

Finish: Smoke, agave, earthy notes, and a slight minerality.

Lorenz Agave Spirits was founded by Eric Lorenz with the primary goal of importing ultra-premium 100% blue agave tequilas, as well as artisan-crafted mezcals, into British Columbia.
