Crafted from 12-year-old wild agave Tobal. Roasted in an earth pit, crushed using a mule-drawn tahona. Open air fermented, and double-distilled.

El Jolgorio Tobala Mezcal Tasting Notes

Nose: Intense notes of fresh tropical mango and citrus, with trace pine aromas.

Palate: Heavy fruit flavor, with roasted agave and a hint of smoke.

Finish: Clean and sweet, with hints of wood.
