Sagatiba is the brainchild of Brazilian entrepreneur Marcos de Moraes, who sought to launch a cachaa brand that would become an international household name. Sagatiba translates as ‘infinite possibilities’, or more literally ‘eternal search’. Pura is distilled from cane juice and is unaged.

Nose: Bread and cookie dough with overripe banana, vegetal, caramel and toasted brazil nuts.

Palate: Bready with an almost minty freshness, buttery nuts, cookie dough, caramel white peppery spice and faint vegetal notes.

Finish: White pepper, cookie dough and faint breadiness.
