5 Sentidos Jabali is made in small batches of 20-90 liters. The 2nd batch of this in the US was distilled from 193 mature Jabali pias that were wild-harvested from up to 10,000 feet above sea level in the mountains of Santa Catarina Albarradas, Oaxaca.
