A joven mezcal from Gente de Mezcal made using only the Espadn agave, harvested from the Oaxaca region. The production method follows traditional techniques and acestral knowledge from the Mexican communities, the pias in this mezcal were baked in a ground oven and crushed with a stone mill before natural fermentation.
