This SG Shochu Imo is a sweet potato based expression created by up and coming shochu producer SG. For this one, they used a locally sourced purple variety of sweet potato known as Eimurasaki. Its engaging on the nose and palate, with a range of delicious floral notes be the stars of the show. If you love shochu, or youre looking to try your first bottle, this one comes highly recommended.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.

Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
