“Grown in Amalfi, distilled in English, born in Soho” is the tag line of Pococello Liqueur, a rich, creamy lemon liqueur created by the owners of Pizza Pilgrims in collaboration with the Chase Distillery in Hereford. They use Amalfi lemon and macerate them in Chase’s potato spirit for seven days before bringing it down to 29% with sugar and water. Suitable to serve in cocktails, with tonic water or simply over ice.
