Nose: Sweet caramel, vanilla, crme-brulee with a hint of anise; subtle oak and a wisp of smoke.

Palate: Starts like candy before dancing over to spicy, and finishes softly; rice pudding & peach chutney.

Finish: Medium in length, and soft.
