They use the basket method to create their Gin by suspending a mesh wire basket filled with their signature mix of botanicals in the column of their still. As the hot vapor rises, it extracts the wonderful essences of juniper, anise, coriander, clove, cardamom, cinnamon, fennel, and freshly zested lemon and lime. The botanical basket is refreshed for each case of gin that comes out of the still to ensure big flavor in every bottle. And, while each batch is slightly different, they all result in a uniquely bright and fresh tasting gin.
