As you might expect, the result is packed with citrus brightness, though the juniper notes do manage to shine through clearly. Great splashed in tonic, and should do well in ginger ale too, we reckon. Of course, you’re going to want a big ol’ wedge of fresh orange for garnish however you serve it.
