Une Femme is the creation of Jen Pelka, founder of San Francisco/New York champagne bar, The Riddler. Jen runs Une Femme along with her brother, Zach, and the label is intended as a celebration of women at every step of production, from winemakers to distribution. The Piquette, Une Femmes latest addition to the lineup, is made from a second pressing of organic pinot meunier (a grape best known for its role in champagne) from the van der Kamp vineyard of Sonoma Mountain.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.

Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.

Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
