2bar Bourbon is the first Seattle Bourbon to be 100% handmade from all local grains. While an exact mashbill is not provided, 2Bar Distillery does state that the mash is 90% Washington grain and 10% Oregon grain, making this truly a Pacific Northwest product. The bourbon is aged for 9 months in a 15 gallon barrel.

2Bar Straight Bourbon Whiskey Tasting Notes

Nose: On the nose with high floral and grassy notes, rounded out by lower cinnamon, leather and oak-driven, vanilla aromas.

Palate: The mouthfeel was at the roof the the mouth, the tip of the tongue and at the back of the palate.

Finish: The finish was very spicy at first, surprisingly like a high-rye whiskey.
