Independently bottled up in 2021 by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. for The Cooper’s Choice comes this heavenly Highland single malt from Aberfeldy. Initially matured in American oak, the whisky was then transferred to a single Sicilian dessert wine cask for finishing, imparting delicious wafts of sweet honey and unctuous fruit. A total of 312 bottles were released.
