Adnams DryGin :This cracking gin from Adnams is distilled in a beer stripping column before being put through a handmade copper pot still. It is then purified in a rectifier, resulting in a very creamy and rich spirit, although at this point it isnt yet technically a gin! To complete the final stage, it is then infused with six botanicals including juniper, cardamom pod, sweet orange and hibiscus flowers. Adnams Copper House Gin is perfect for a Dirty Martini.

Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.

Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.

Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
