Eigashima is a Ji-Whisky company best known for producing the brand known as White Oak Akashi. Produced in Seto Inland Sea Akashi, in Hyogo, it is a small distillation town, where wines are produced through oak cask storage. This particular Akashi single malt is a 5 year old release, finished in an Oloroso sherry cask and bottled at cask strength. Definitely a Ji-whisky you need to try!
