Nose: Buttercream vanilla cupcakes, fruit and nut chocolate, juicy barley.

Palate: Tangy fruit with dried orange and marmalade, a touch of tart rhubarb, more milk chocolate, increasing oak spice.

Finish: Sweet sponge cake, vanilla pod, ginger cake, pepper.
