Ammalia Acquavite : Ammalia created the Acquavite Del Cardinale by storing fermented sour cherry and grape wine in stainless steel barrels together with sour cherry residuals and grounded stones, which was then distilled using the bain-marie method. Ammalia then diluted this spirit with spring water from mount Nerone to 40% ABV, before bottling it.
