Rather than burning peat however stryker is mashed from malted barley that has been smoked in the texas bbq tradition: with oak mesquite and apple woods. This is backyard bbq whiskey at its best. 50% abv (100 proof)

Nose: Campfire and BBQ smokiness, black licorice nibs, and barrel vanilla.

Palate: BBQ and toasted oak, vanilla and sweet smoke.

Finish: Medium with oak and smoke leading and fading to a smooth vanilla.
