This blend combines portions of whisky from both the Laphroaig and Highland Park distilleries, along with whisky from secret Speyside distilleries. Drawn from two bourbon casks, there was an outturn of 424 bottles in this batch.

Anecdote 24 Year Old 1995 (Chapter 7) Scotch Whisky | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Fruity with peaches and apricots, apples and pears, sawdust, vanilla custard and gentle peat smoke.

Palate: Slightly rubbery, waxy plasticine and buttered sourdough. Peaty minerality with smoky wafts of ash, a touch of grapefruit, salted fudge, and heathery soap.

Finish: Vanilla and poached pears, toasted nuts, fragrant floral peat smoke.
