Arran 22yo TBWC : It’s batch 8 of Arran single malt whisky, aged for a whopping 22 years before it was bottled by none other than That Boutique-y Whisky Company. A delectably malty and coastal whisky from the Isle of Arran. It looks like the Boutique-y artist Emily Chappell and a friend are still stranded on that island after that fateful kayaking trip, but they’d better watch out for that crafty eagle – it’ll fly off with their whisky if they’re not careful! Although it looks like a zebra has appeared, so maybe they’ll be fine. Batch 8 is a release of 409 bottles. That Boutique-y Whisky Company bottles single malts, single grains and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blended malts and blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
