Assay London Dry Gin | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.

Palate: Peppery juniper with a touch of forest floor earthiness, bright orange and lemon, liquorice growing on the mis-palate, with a touch of menthol later on.

Finish: Finish is very long and very satisfying.
