Audemus Pink Pepper Dry : Here we have the ‘Dry’ counterpart to Cognac-based Audemus’ Pink Pepper Gin! This expression is much drier as vanilla and tonka bean have been removed from the list of botanicals, and instead marries juniper, pink peppercorns, floral spring honey, cardamom and two other top secret ingredients. Just like the original gin, each botanical is individually macerated and then vacuum distilled. To bring out those floral top notes, garnish this one with a sprig of lavender if you can get your hands on one.
