Augier L’Oceanique Cognac : A coastal Cognac from the wonderful Augier, L’Oceanique is made from Ugni Blanc grapes grown near the Atlantic Ocean on le d’Olron, which is joined to mainland France by a bridge. Once distilled, it spent some time resting in French oak and was then bottled at 40.1% ABV. This intriguing spirit really lets its maritime influences shine through, meaning it pairs very well with seafood.
