Nose: Buttered brioche, creamy lemon zest with crunchy ginger biscuits, sweet figs and chocolate raisins.

Palate: Floral honey creeps in alongside spicy clove and pepper, with soft vanilla and more sweet citrus to balance.

Finish: Juicy sultanas and cakey spice, the zesty freshness continues beside sweet, biscuity malt.
