Ballechin 10 Year Old Heavily Peated Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Wood smoke, lime jam and coastal brine with dark chocolate and linseed oil underneath.

Palate: Soft, rounded and sweet to start, with cinnamon, chocolate and lime leading to burning hay.

Finish: Grassy peat smoke, citrus peel, dark chocolate, liquorice and lingering earthiness.

Distillery Information

Edradour distillery is a Highland single malt whisky distillery based in Pitlochry, Perthshire. Its owners claim it to be the smallest distillery in Scotland. It has been owned by the Signatory Vintage Scotch Whisky Company since 2002, and was previously owned by Pernod Ricard.
