This expression was distilled in 2005, and aged in a single refill barrel for 16 years, before it was eventually bottled up at 46% ABV, with an outturn of 246 bottles.

Nose: Melted butter, apricot pastries, vanilla cheesecake, cassia.

Palate: Honeycomb and chocolate, with juicy hints of peach and pear, plus a crackle of white pepper.

Finish: Banana fritters, milk chocolate, and a little smidge of lemon.
