Batch Spirits is taking a flavour trip to the Mediterranean with this gin. Dubbed It’s All Greek, its star botanicals are the key ingredients in a Greek salad, with tomatoes, oregano and Kalamata olives working alongside rosemary, bay leaves, fennel seed, lemon and honey. Needless to say it’s a rather fresh, savoury affair, and it’s an absolute star in a Martini, though pair it with tonic and a rosemary sprig for something longer.
