Nose: Fresh florals with whispers of syrup-soaked waffles and banana chips underneath.

Palate: Toasty spices take shape on the palate, with nutmeg and ginger at the fore, mellowed by layers of honey and malt.

Finish: A subtle citrus flash, with more honey.
