This Junmai Daiginjo was created by the Kokuryu Sake Brewery, and is named after Kokuryus founder. Nizaemon uses every precious drop from the moromi (sake mash), collected in 18-liter bottles and matured using Kokuryus original method. The result is this wonderful sake, bringing through rich and beautifully subtle flavours.
