Long considered the American cathedral of Bourbon, Stitzel-Weller distillery closed its production in 1992. This lone barrel of Blade and Bow 24-Year-Old contains whiskey distilled and found in a legendary era by bourbon greats of the past. This barrel has been bottled as the oldest offering from the Blade and Bow heritage line and is available in its entirety in their auction. This is a piece of Kentucky history, available this one and only time.

Nose: Delightful aroma.

Palate: This fine spirit begins with notes of well-aged cedar, campfire and soft leather.

Finish: The finish includes sweet notes of vanilla bean, light caramel and raisin.

A homage to the legendary Stitzel-Weller distillery, Blade and Bow Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey uses a unique Solera System aging process to preserve some of the distillerys oldest whiskey stocks, including some of the last bourbon produced there before it closed in 1992.
