Its made in a still called Hazel from an array of classic botanicals (including citrus and angelica root) at a micro-distillery under a hotel in the city, and according to the crew behind it, its a local gin for everybody. Give it a go with tonic, or match it with vermouth. As you may be aware, Bristol Gin has been in the news recently for after posting an advert on social media that referenced a Donald Trump tweet about “shooting and looting”.
