A delicately sweet eau de vie from Capreolus, made from sweet Doyenn du Comice dessert pears sourced from Bentleys of Castle fruit farm in Newent, Gloucestershire. The whole fruit is crushed, slowly fermented and then double distilled, creating a fruity and sweet tipple with a floral hint. A brilliant aperitif, served chilled.
