This is a fantastic independent bottling of 20 year old rum from the Caroni Distillery in Trinidad. Though the distillery is now sadly closed, indie bottlers like the Boutique-y folks do sometimes manager to get their hands on its spirits, which is great because it’s usually fantastic stuff. It’s also good because it means we don’t have to go poking around the closed distillery, which would definitely be trespassing. Generally frowned upon, that. Batch 2 is a release of 1,875 bottles.
